Back home and doing a blog about the assholes who burned my books, the fact the videos are still up there despite what I tried to do to get them taken down. Seems like YouTube will allow things like that up.

Here they go again, Can they do a rebuttal to my posts without stealing a single word and taking it out of context? I am willing to bet $20.00 they can’t. She can’t come up with anything new to destroy me with an looks like the sister blog has nothing to say for two months after trying to crush me every chance.  I am willing to go on a limb here that the rusty nail is nothing but a troll whose life had failed and a marriage that failed.  She left me alone for a good month when I didn’t have a post on her blog so she came up with the boring and the mundaine.

As for the bitch, she’s still being a bitch and angry that I got Tabloid Purposes IV back online,  minus her story and the master copies of TABLOID PURPOSES II will be the same without her story — thankfully one of the authors from the latter TABLOID PURPOSES had a copy of the book but the nightmare of editing that one will be the daunting task of copying and pasting back to the way it was.  I wish I never run those two stories,  she’s not written anything new when she wrote for the anthology.    The book was a lot of work to get back live again and now I can think about putting out the 5.5 x 8.5 versions I am curious that the lulu.com pdf version will convert well to the smaller book format.

The fact that she’s not been published in a long time made her cranky and the fact that I am live again on a message board got them in an uproar.   For them in a perfect world I will not have access to a computer or a word processor,  locked away from all technology.   Keep dreaming momma’s boy,  yeah the one from Evansville, Indianna, I am pointing at with this rant.   Nothing but a band wagoneer who jumps on board to whoever is making fun of someone.   I am calling you out on this one and you don’t have the balls to say what you say online to my face,  fucker.

I am focused as hell right now to care.   There will be new stories being written during this time frame and there will be more to come.   I guess him being friends with the child molester who calls himself a promoter,  going around running with SomethingAwful.com thinks it can raise his clout among the enemies.    All it is doing is making him into a theif as much as the one who did pirate my book — I am willing to bet that the child molester thought it was funny that my books caught fire.  All that did was cut me deep,  it also cut my authors deep too.   But I am always going to get a line up no matter what happens.   I will say this much about Baxter her dream come true is my career ending because of blog drama,  but that is not going to happen anytime soon.  I noticed someone is trying to bring about some bullshit on the message board because I mentioned the fact she was unruly.   

They are trying to get my family involved with the censoring me when I am not going to censor a thing here.   It needs to be said, and the fact the Rusty Nail’s career is to wear me down — Iam not even budging here.  The only way she can stop me is she pulls the trigger.  She’s the criminal here because she is trouncing my civil rights,  I am willing to bet she can’t dig into me without stealing my blog posting like some sad faceless bitch,  I already know she’s got a face and I’ve seen her pictures;  She’s a two faced harpie.   Her biggest ambition in life is to document my failure.   Something I don’t see as failure when I do a magazine and kept it active as long as it has — when her co-hort had tried to get my press shut down.   Not forgivable there,   the bitch’s mistake is to attempt the death of Lake Fossil Press — you don’t do things like that because someone leaves a review that is borderline hostile in nature.  I am keeping my hostility off lulu.com because it is not worth losing my account over.  I will risk a blog before I will risk a company that I started from the ground up.   I am sure some of you will agree with me here,  now I am willing to bet that Mike Brendan will risk his magazine to see me fall down in flames — someone who never read a single issue of my magazine.   The fact that Horrorgal brags abount getting a free copy of my magazine– I got paid for that issue.   The fact she is taking a shit on House of Cards — a story that was on my heart for a long time to writing because it was going after real person fiction.   It was a carry over from something that someone did to me writing a real person fiction story featuring me and some pop star I don’t care if he lives or dies.

That Mike Brenden screams ”Libel” when I made that post about him being molested — I am willing to bet that he’s willing to put his magazine on the line to trounce every publishing effort I put out my whole career — I put out a little over than 20 publications and that is half of my publishing credits.

I will rather be a self-published author who still has their heart in tact than some asshole who touts off one sale like it is their biggest achivement.    Scream libel all you want asshole because that is all of you are doing to me every chance I do a blog.  Calling my entries a hate crime because I make one remark that is off colour and borderline unpopular.   I would rather be a self-publisher on lulu.com than some asshole who hides behind the fact he puts the magazine out the same way.    He likes to hide behind the fact he runs a fantasy magazine that employs the very same thing that I do with The Ethereal Gazette.  In fact I did open office text document first for submissions,  he just copied and pasted it to make it look like his idea.  Come on Christian Boy take your swing at me now.  You run your magazine, let me run mine.   What you going to do report me to lulu.com,  I am watching what I say on there because I don’t want to gamble a storefront because some rift on a blog.    The fact they danced on the grave a little too soon,  it came back live a week later and stronger too.   You want to libel my company go ahead it will bite you on the ass in the process because I know you also employ lulu.com too, fucker.

I can\’t do a blog in peace without some Allentown based cunt trying to fuck things up for me as a publisher, well looks like The Rusty Nail posted the information for me about issue eight being out for purchase and now I am moving on to work on issue nine. Take that Koehler if you are attempting the fuck things up for me. I am also working on the idea of doing a 4theluv anthology which will be looking at submissions between the TABLOID PURPOSES and the magazine.  I got enough submisssions for one magazine and will be establishing my post office box in Joliet, Illinois so I can handle the CD-ROM submissions.   I will take submissions via CD-R or 32MB Memory Card.    The formats there will be a returnable format so I can do a little much like Jordan Bobe does being he is set up for snail mail submissions too.
     The fact someone took a shit on my introduction of the magazine, that is the editor\’s corner, I can say what ever I damn well please. The difference between ethereal gazette and TABLOID PURPOSES are that I am more casual with the way I do an introduction. I just was pissed off when I was doing the introduction after just seeing someone burn one of my issues of the magazine on video then the asshole decided to be a bigger asshole and feature that burning. The fact each of these bastards egg people like him on and steal my footage left and right. They are sore because I made them close their site on youtube.com down about burning my books.
     For the record, I\’ve been back since January just stayed close to the networking sites. I mentioned on this blog earlier anyone stealing from those sites are assholes, and I got to notice I can\’t say damn thing without one of them ripping a new one. Especially my elder statemen. I kept it polite to that mother fucker, I will call him a fucker to his face too because the way he handled that reading was like an asshole. IF he was any type of man, he would have stepped up to them and said, \”what you did was wrong.   He\’s not here to speak up for himself.\” He handled it quite poorly.   That was the reasoned I asked him to explain himself,  I am willing to guess he is not much of a man and do that.   Grown men acting like children and people are still doing that when my name is mentioned.   The Crusty Rail is a sad excuse of a human being because she eggs people on like this.  The fact she hides behind a fake name and a fake identity on Associated Content.  I am beginning to think she is Peter Barnes because the time frame that blog appeared and made my life published a living hell for any publisher to run my work.

The linkage to my magazine, thank you for that one.   The fact he was willing to link my magazine up to help me make some royalities.  I am going to be running on donations to for the magazine — the donations will help me with the royalities and the contributor copies.  The fact he is part of issue five,  that was the best seller for awhile well got ranked above 10,000 which is a good thing.  I have to get some more copies of that one and mention that he\’s got a TABLOID PURPOSES out-take in there.   I can how he submitted to me originally.   He sent me six stories — I picked two of them for publication.  That when you send six and it was a contest anthology.   I did the same thing that REALITY CHECK did when they did their contest.    
      When you make fun of someone for doing something that is bigger than himself,  don\’t mess with him.  Christ have some compassion,  even a rival author of mine actually wished me best health.   Don\’t like me fine,  just don\’t be a prick when I am not around to speak up for myself.  The whole thing at the HWA convention was bullshit what they caused — I saw that and basically lost my temper.  I was ready to punch someone,  it was going to be Everson too because he of all people should have spoken up saying, \”That is not right.\”   This is why I did the e-mail I did at him.   2009 I will make it to a convention as a vendor,  LAKE FOSSIL PRESS will have a booth at some convention. I can\’t tour because of all my bills but to do a book signing with a few anthologies out there — I got some momentum.

She will never have Chicago as a reader base unless it’s that blonde bitch who wants me completely out of Chicago.   I’ve known her kind rather well too and they are the ones who remind me more of a former classmate I went to school with who went around with all her I.O.U’s and all of that shit.  That particular individual is mentioned by last name and first initial in An Eye In Shadows.   The fact that she’s trying to celebrate on the idea that she is trying to pass the rumor along about me being committed,  I am waiting to see what the crazy bitch’s response about my new article being up on Associated Content.   She reminds me of Steven Marshall, and I could actually make this observation of her — she’s been casting stones for a long time,  along with a so called editor from PA whom had claimed to be a Christian.  One of the guys who suggested that I should change to title of Twelve Kelogg which is the chapbook I am reworking.   
        This house of cards she set up is getting ready to fall anytime.     It’s not like I actually took a shit on her coffee table.  One thing I learned with book signings if you’re an author at a nightclub — always go in twos or threes because that will help your sales.  If you’re by yourself you’re lucky if you’re able to make one sale.   I am willing to ask this much about Koehler,  is she taking designer street drugs because she does look like a crackwhore.  Leave it to a crackwhore who suggested that I need to be in a straightjacket;  I am guessing how many people she pissed off in her lifetime.   I am going to go into detail how the book is the most criticial of the writers in my generation who are peers but they hate being considered peers.  I am guessing that she got her ideas for her novels from speedballing.   The very fact of that she’s using the help of the two blogs who are devoted to my not suceeding — but I did suceed in getting paid some money for my articles — the fact I might be making enough from one article alone to buy some lunch for myself or a couple bottles of NOS.  
         Well the article I wrote is called,  Haunted By The Stigma, and this is written after the fact that I learned that the person who runs the newsletter actually contributed to the idea that I shouldn’t have any equal face time with my work.  Her name shall be with-held here and another who took over the publisher I got published with before her hostile takeover — the fact she’s doing an article that rips into me on AC but I am not going to give her the link of day here.   What these particular people done,  showing some false sense of care are really showing they do have a heart of shit.   When I did the post about Joe McGee that came right from my heart when I said that — it took a lot for me to hate someone,  even when he died that hatred is there and will stay there for a long time to come.   
        I guess it is already clear that Poppy Z. Brite and Karen Koehler equally hate me — well I got the story that disses on Koehler and Morgan done.  That story is SHITSTORM and yeah that might be something I will save for either my magazine or for an anthology that has the balls to run it.    I am going to save that story for the right timing, and no I am not making fun of the speedball queen either.   (Well looking at her photographs she looks like she’s been doing speed ball. Her long sleeves were hiding up needle tracks.)     She would do these comments suggesting,  ”Quit hitting on me.”  She’s not my type,  I think she turned too many tricks.  What boiled my blood is how she started on my blended family via The Other Dark Place.  Doesn’t she think I will remember that?    Though I might be on strong meds that causes me to sleep 24 hours a day,  I am doing all I can to stay productive.     I found myself cutting the meds in half so I can do particular writing oriented or editor oriented stuff.
      She’s another Timothy Lieder,  but the difference is that I won’t raise a hand to a lady.   Lieder I want to put one of my hand rolled  smokes out between his eyes.   I am trying to see to it that Koehler never gets a signing in Chicago, and the fact she bashed one of the writers who is now published in Issue Seven.

But I will not go stooping to the level of Joseph McGee when he referred to me, I feel for his family in his passing but somewhere I know he’s worm food. The fact I am trying to watch what I say now because if I don’t I will be in state property and I am not property. I am not someone’s fish on a hook. Seeing that McGee passed while I was on the road, it might be mean the way I say how he’s worm food but that’s the truth. Joe and I never been on good terms even from his beginning. All he’s trying to do is sell a few books as I am trying to do.
      The disease he died from runs in my family too. So I can relate to his there, but as far as Joseph McGee the similarities will rest there. As I said in his life, I stick to in his death I will not be buying any of his books. This is one of those authors I wish his works went with him, as much as he did with me. I would normally not speak so ill of the dead, but in the case of Joe I am going to make an exception. My bad blood with him ends in his death but I am going to have the final word about this one, the fact that he and I never really liked each other even from when I was active on the one message board — I remember him as that eternal douchebag. You expect someone to be kind to you in death, you should been a little more understanding of another writer who is struggling to get out there.
      I don’t like him as a writer or as a person. I am saying this with a deep honesty, and man up to the fact I never liked the stuck up bastard. Now here come the bastards trying to bury me alive because of that statement. They are also mad because of a statement I wrote earlier. Will that statement come back to haunt me later, yeah it might but it is speaking with an intense honesty. If anyone sees this and has their respect for me might not have it now, I understand. Joseph McGee and I had our own war of words a few times in life. If they want to take a ripe one on my grave now, I said my peace about Joe McGee’s passing. If his family want to take turns shitting on my name for that statement that’s how I thought of him. I would never buy a book of his.

I am however, working with ETT to create an indepth article to show AC, not submit to be read by all but for the people who run AC themselves, to see that you violate their TOS on numerous articles.

I guess they’re mad because they lost the video that burns my sixth issue of the magazine.   I showed that to one of the authors and the author who commented wanted to beat down the bastard for burning the book and pissing on it in the video.   The story that the author wrote in the magazine, was an early Christmas present.
     Since ExposeTheTard wants to make it clear that the mother fucker doesn’t want to see me have an imprint.  I guess the asshole behind Preditors & Editors is having a field day with this.  They can think what they want of the company but I will have publications out there whether they like it or not. I guess this is that media blackout that everyone is posting about.

I have other sites that will host my videos, including one that wants my upcoming video of me destroying Tabloid Purposes III, so I don’t really need You Tube. However you have given me a perfect chance to go after you in court for misrepresenting me, so tell youtube you lied or else.

The person is trying to force me to say otherwise but I am the rightful owner of the photograph on that magazine and he had no right to do what he did.   Isn’t that against YouTube.com policy to do things that consist of playing with matches. The son of a bitch is putting a message out there for the younger generation saying it’s okay to play with matches, don’t we remember the lessons of the 1990s about kids who burned a house down reciting they got the idea from Beavis and Butt-head?
      This asshole right now is on a warpath because didn’t like the idea that I got his video pulled for a violation of copyright. Well the asshole did violate my copyrights there. I guess they’re saying I use my disability to buy cheap beer but the case, asshole I hardly drink when I do drink. I guess that IT who works for the bank got in trouble for his online antics. I’ve did an IP search of the asshole who wrote The Egoless Writer and it showed he worked for a bank and do they know he’s being an asshole on company time. They’re angry as hell and they’re impersonating me on youtube. If you see an ID “npacione” on YouTube.com or “nickolausapacione” those two people aren’t me. They’re creating accounts that impersonate me every chance they get. The video I did talking about the room mate I was drinking a can of cola.

This is an open address to the trolls,  the facebook account is off limits. My photos are off limits when you go violating copyrights and trying to do so exposing me as an asshole you’re stooping lower than anything I would even attempt to do.   The whole thing with Jane Timm Baxter, right now I think she missed her monthly visit.  You can comment as you wish on your own blogs but stealing my facebook.com notes and myspace.com bulletins, that is off limits. One of the SomethingAwful dickheads even admitted violating privacy is going a little too far.
But with these bastards, going around invading my privacy and burning my magazine like it’s the last copy on earth (which is far from true.)  I have dealt with people similar to ExposeTheTard (which I am thinking she’s on menopause) and other types for a long time, and some of them will go as far to systematically take apart my projects under assumed names and passing themselves off as a 13 year old girl.  When they go as far as to wish I had a life-threatening brain injury — that shows they’re not a 13 year old girl.  Do you think I am really that gullible?

The very fact I don’t see The Rusty Nail and ExposeTheTard comment at the same time it shows they’re one in the same. How many paint chips did they eat when they were a teenager?

I am not a fool.  I will say this much, some of them trying to cash in on trying to ruin me — yeah that is rather low on their parts. I am going to say this much these assholes think they’ve won in this situation and before they assume that is update worthy on the site that lies about me the most, and when I did an article that put it on the line and it is a fact that Timothy Lieder had repeatedly lied about me on Amazon.com.

My projects are not down to a screeching halt,  I am going to try again to get on Lightning Source so I can get more controversial projects out there. I believe this is entirely on the blame of Jane Timm Baxter, and she wants to be vocal about me on her youtube.com accusing me of being a tyrant — I am going to say this right now,  I don’t take shit from anyone and for her to take a ripe one on my reputation it pisses me off as a human being. Not even on hiatus either. I felt like someone actually stood up on one of my booths then took a shit on the table.   Don’t dance on a grave when it’s not dead yet, because you may never know when the door of the coffin will slam on you.

I guess this is all part of the territory so I put this all on the line when I wrote Industry Rivalry;  and I was mentioning every bastard who pulled that stunt on a regular basis.   Some of the male writers of the batch act like they’re on the rag.  Accusing me of being sexist when I make the on the rag response because some of them gang up on everyone and anyone.  The very fact some of them would go out of their way to violate privacy on a social networking site to get information out there to fuck me over.   I am wondering which “author” gave Preditors & Editors information about blackballing my imprint. I guess this might be a victory for those douchebags too.

Baxter,  you and the 40 Foot Cockroach started this thing.  The very fact what you did wasn’t right every step of the way.  It’s horse shit on your part, where the fuck is your professionalism?   You’re making other authors suffer because they did one thing, write for a project.What is the biggest crime they did to you?   Do you expect every person to put me on a blackball list because of your article?  I am not even going to link that article because you’re not worth the money.  You were too much trouble than you were worth, and ten years from now I picture you pushing a cart around downtown Atlanta, or Athens, Georgia,” Wait isn’t she the one who got the mentally ill person’s storefront shut down on lulu.com?  Don’t buy anything from her if that’s the case.”

Her co-author on a project is just as seedy too when it comes to that shit. I will not be buying anything from snuff books anytime soon enough.  I am guessing any anthology he edits for his imprint would have a rushed look.  Dancing on my imprints grave,  don’t speak too soon.    I guess he had too many orgies with barn animals.

I am pleased to say this one got published right away within the editing of it and writing it up on MS Works. I also have to get Industry Rivary out there because if I remember right Louise Bohmer actually welcomed me to The Carnival of Wicked Writers and was thrilled to have me on staff despite the fact that everyone else wanted my head.
    The moment I did my guidelines for Tabloid Purposes,  it seemed that Louise was the first to become a turncoat in that sense. She never gave me a direct answer on this sort of thing but she’s cheering on the asshole who pirated my book and prank called my house.   I got one douchebag saying how dare I do an article like this and he’s hailing from my old hometown area.   Here’s the person’s email address if you want to have some fun with him,  since he seemed most steamed at the fact that DreamHosts.com cracked down on what AutoAim.org had done.   Since he was angry about that he decided to do an endless barrage of prank calls so I couldn’t even call out to buddies out here if I wanted to.
      Hey Kyanka how did it feel to have your ass handed to by someone who’s a trained boxer?   I got a kick out of every step of the way that you got mauled.   I will have ideas coming from all the endless prank calling that they got,   and keep in mind this is a new kind of stalker I am dealing with here because he had tried to harass my family before.   This isn’t the family’s phone line he was fucking with,  it was mine.  I should had  given him my Verizon line because doesn’t take incoming calls.
      I unhooked my phone long enough so I can stay online and I have unlimited access to the web for a dial-up connection.   I am fighting fire with fire, they will use their fucking message board to make my life a living hell I will use other means to make their life a living hell,  but what I am doing with it is all legal too and plan to make a little bit of money doing it.   This should pay for my Chinese dinner if all goes right.   I guess the Rusty Nail goes around violating copyrights and trying to hide behind fair use.  I guess they try to justify pirating a book as fair use too I bet.  All I did when I wrote Hive Mind II is gave them a better reason to hate me and I also did that with Industry Rivary when I put it all out there, the cards are on the table with that article.   Lieder started a fight with me that lasted more than five years, when I worked with more than one of his contributors post his project.
      They decided to shit down my back because I announced the guidelines for a 4theluv anthology and now the douche from Finland is posting my phone number in the comments.  Asshole, come up with legal means to express your hatred.   Can you hate someone without fucking with their livelihood?   I guess some of them would go stop at nothing to ruin someone’s life let alone what they worked hard to gain, and doing a small press for me is a lot of work but at the same time it’s a lot of fun.  Though these bastards want to make that a misery for me.   I am going to put it out there for Preditors & Editors to read,  who the hell are your sources about red flagging my company?  
      Who the hell of you assclowns were the ones who did this,  I am guessing Jane Timm Baxter or one other author who wasn’t happy with the guidelines.  Especially since one of you reviewed pirated books, and you’re giving them linkage to the articles when they don’t really deserve that money for destroying someone. They reviewed pirated copies of books which they gained from an asshole known as WilliamDoItTheSecond because he was pissed off how I tore into his fearless leader. He and one other douchebag are bandwagon types as in they don’t think for themselves and they knew back in the day they were losers so they thought to destroy everyone and anyone in their path.  You’re entitled to hate me but you’re not entitled to break the law saying you already paid for my books because of my status.   This is the case with Dravena Press’ Mark Orr who goes around saying Reality Check Had Bounced making fun of the anthology I got published in originally, which I didn’t edit.
